Each hot water bottle consists of a heating pad and a cover to place the pad in.

Directions for use:

• Remove the cushion (filled with cherry pits) from the hot water bottle cover
• Place the cushion in the microwave for about 30 seconds at 600W maximum.
• Place the cushion back in the cover before use
